Delivery Charges and Policy
Delivery charges vary depending on the type of products ordered. We provide delivery or self-pick up option in Hong Kong only not for overseas.

Free delivery will be offered upon the purchase of each item over HK$5,000. Delivery is by lift or stairs only. If delivered goods need to be carried by stairs, a charge of HK$70 per floor will apply per item (not applicable for bulky or heavy items).

For those items under HK$5,000, the following charges for each item will be applied:
HK$300 for Hong Kong Island
HK$300 for Kowloon
HK$300 for New Territories
HK$480 for Discovery Bay and Airport, etc
Delivery will be arranged from Monday to Saturday only

(excluding Statutory Holidays)

Please ensure all items can access into the lift / door / stairs and fit for your apartment before purchasing. MOÏ is not responsible if purchases do not fit the desired location. Customers need to do protection for their own property and decorations. We will not be held responsible for the damages that are insufficiently protected while delivery.

If the customer does not answer the door or pick up the phone upon arrival of good(s) at the appointed time, MOÏ reserves the right to cancel or re-arrange delivery without further notice, re-delivery charge will apply.

The customer should inspect the inventory item(s) delivered to ensure they are in order. Once signed the delivery note, MOÏ will not be held accountable for any damages subsequently identified.

The customer must pick up the item(s) within 14 days from the date of purchase in-stock items/ the date of completion tailor made goods. Otherwise, MOÏ reserves the right to charge the storage fee of the invoiced amount per storage month according to the storage period and item(s). If the customer do not pay the storage fee, MOÏ reserves the right to cancel the order, the amount paid will not be refund.
