Delivery Charges and Policy
Delivery charges vary depending on the type of products ordered. We provide delivery or self-pick-up option in Hong Kong only, not for overseas.

Free delivery will be offered upon the purchase of each order over HK$8,000. For items under HK$8,000, the charge of HK$800 will be applied for each order for any locations in Hong Kong.

Delivery is by lift or stairs only. If delivered goods are required to be carried via stairs, a charge of HK$80 per floor will be applied per item (not applicable for bulky or heavy items).
* Delivery will be arranged from Monday to Saturday only (excluding Statutory Holidays)

For overseas orders, please contact us via email: sales@moihome.com.hk. We will process the order independently. Overseas delivery charges, import duties, and taxes for international shipments shall be liable to be paid by the customer.

Please ensure all items can access the lift / door / stairs and fit for your apartment before purchasing. MOÏ is not responsible if purchases do not fit the desired location. Customers need to do protection for their own property and decorations. We will not be held responsible for any damages that are insufficiently protected while delivery.

If the customer did not answer the door or pick up the phone upon arrival of good(s) at the appointed time, MOÏ reserves the right to cancel or re-arrange delivery without further notice, re-delivery charge will be applied.

The customer should inspect the inventory item(s) delivered to ensure that they are in order. Once signed the delivery note, MOÏ will not be held accountable for any damages subsequently identified.

The customer must pick up the item(s) within 14 days from the date of purchase in-stock items / the date of completion of tailor made goods. Otherwise, MOÏ reserves the right to charge the storage fee of the invoiced amount per storage month according to the storage period and item(s). If the customer does not pay the storage fee, MOÏ reserves the right to cancel the order, the amount paid will not be refunded.
