All purchases are non-refundable. Exchange or store credit is available for non-discounted items returned within 7 days, upon presentation of the original invoice. Returned goods must be unopened, unused and non-human damage. Customers are obliged to exercise all reasonable care to keep the returned goods safely and in good condition until the goods are returned to us.

Full payment is required for all items prior to delivery and prior to production for custom made items. To check out and use third party payment services for the order, we shall not be liable for any losses incurred or sustained in processing online transactions.

We welcome payment by cheque, FPS, or local bank transactions. For these mentioned payment methods, please contact us via email: sales@moihome.com.hk. We will process the order independently.
